T1 Oak: Crown lift to facilitate up to 4 metre clearance from ground level. Remove small diameter epicormic growths on stem and primary scaffolds. Works to improve access to light at the base of the tree and maintain a suitable clearance in the rear garden (amended by LCC Officer following discussion on site, see Officer Report)T2 - Large conifer (leylandii): Proposal is to remove the tree as it has outgrown its position, is overhanging the neighbour, shading garden and killing all growth beneath. (no. 2 on the sketch plan)The work has been recommended as appropriate by an arborist (Sadler Tree Services) who were consulted for advice
