Description

Non Material Amendment in respect of Decision Notice PA25/04878 dated 22nd August 2025, namely, door in gym in lieu of window and patio area outside of gym (Glynn Crest side); rooflight position in office moved and window size and style in office changed; door height in snug increased; 4 leaf sliding doors in dining room changed to 3 leaf sliding door set (width and height to remain as previously approved); division of glazed panel in master bedroom altered to be central; width of doors in master bedroom increased to match first floor window above; position of WC window on the first floor moved, and made smaller; garage roof alteration to accommodate additional PV panels and ridge height of garage increased; PV panels omitted from zinc roof above stairwell; new underground store room, covered with soft & hard-landscaping, and concealed from view.
