S73 to vary condition 2 (approved drawings), 3 (Arboricultural Method Statement) and 11 (ecology compliance) of ref: 24/00805/FUL (Erection of a single dwelling and associated infrastructure and works) to amend the design, replace the Arboricultural method statement and Tree Protection with an Arboricultural Impact Assessment and update the Preliminary Ecological Appraisal.
